Every Piece Ships With Care
We currently ship to Europe only. If you’re ordering from outside Europe, including the US, we’re not quite there yet, but we’re working on it.
Orders placed before 18:00 CET ship the same business day. Anything after that goes out the next business day. From there, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are.
Shipping is a flat 6€, no matter your location within Europe. Every order arrives gift ready, because we don’t think packaging should be an afterthought.
You’ll get a tracking link the moment your piece leaves us, so you’re never wondering where it is.

We Stand Behind Every Piece
Plans change, and sometimes packages don’t arrive exactly on schedule. Here’s how we handle it.
Order changes
Need to update your address or swap a piece? Just reach out before your order ships and we’ll take care of it. Once it’s shipped, we can no longer make changes, but returns and exchanges are always an option.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t moved in a while or your package hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right, no exceptions.

Every diamond and moissanite ships with GIA certification. Every gemstone is certified by the Gem Labs of Monaco. Every 18k gold piece comes with its own certificate of authenticity. Nothing leaves us undocumented, because trust shouldn’t be something you have to take on faith.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Europe only. If you’re ordering from outside Europe, including the US, we’re not there yet, but it’s on our roadmap.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 18:00 ship the same business day; orders after that ship the next business day. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within Europe.
Is jewelry safe to ship, and is my package insured?
Yes. Every order is packed securely and gift ready, and shipments are protected against loss or damage in transit. If anything goes wrong, we resolve it, no exceptions.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us before it ships and we’ll update it. Once it’s on its way, we’re no longer able to make changes, but returns and exchanges are always available.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
